BBQ Ambient temperature probes and clips use food-grade stainless steel probes and heat-resistant stainless steel braided cables that can withstand up to 350 DEGREES Celsius. The probes themselves can measure temperatures anywhere from -40 to +300 degrees Celsius. It is usually used to monitor the ambient temperature at the grill or oven or the smoker's indoor temperature and allows the user to ensure that the grill/oven or smoker is at the required temperature. Clips help the probe stand easily on the grill. Food grade heat resistant material, easy to use in barbecue, smoking, candy making, etc. Cable length and sensor specifications can be customized according to customer requirements.
