NTC handheld meat temperature probe uses stainless steel braided cable for real-time monitoring of grill, smoke, or oven internal temperature. It provides accurate temperature readings of meat and food. The step-down tip can be easily inserted into the meat while it is still raw, allowing the user to ensure the food is at the desired temperature. This temperature probe is easy to use, the cable can withstand temperatures up to 350 degrees Celsius, and the probe itself can measure any temperature from -40 to +300 degrees Celsius. Sensor specifications and the cable length can be customized according to customer requirements.
